We use a "Slow and Low" roasting process on all our blends. Each origin is separately roasted to bring out all the origin's natural qualities & flavors. Then we carefully choose the origins that collide well together to create each No Waste Coffee blend.
Origins: Mexico, Guatemala, Brazil, and Ethiopia
Flavors: Floral hints, cocoa, and hints of vanilla. It definitely has a more sweet flavor than other espressos.
Acidity: Mild
Roast: In between light and medium
Caffeine: High
Best brewed: Our blends can be used in any form, but because of its sweet flavor, perfect acidity, and full body, this blend is best served as espresso and french press.
